How does a festival with a focus on ancient Rome look like? How do you organise such a living history event? What aspects of antiquity do you highlight? How do you engage stakeholders and visitors? What are the challenges facing organisers and how can these be overcome? These are some of the questions we will be exploring during the conference, where speakers from Austria, Germany, Hungary and Switzerland discuss their events and share their experiences and best practices.
